A washed Grade 2 from the Guji highlands of southern Ethiopia. JARC selections grown as garden coffee on rich loamy soil in the hills of Uraga, at 2,000 to 2,150 meters where cool highland temperatures slow cherry development and concentrate sugars. Cherries hand-sorted at intake, traditional washed processing, sun-dried on raised beds under shade. The 74110 and 74112 selections are bred for coffee berry disease resistance and express best through filter brewing. USDA Organic certified.
